All products are designed and made in Delhi, India with a small group of artisans. We offer both domestic and international shipping.

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

Ready-to-Ship pieces are dispatched within 3–7 business days, 
while Made-to-order piece are dispatched within 7–24 business days.

All processing, production, and delivery timelines displayed on the website, during checkout, or communicated by us are estimates only and may be impacted by circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • high order volumes,
  • public holidays,
  • supply chain disruptions,
  • gemstone or raw material shortages,
  • customs delays,
  • courier disruptions

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Domestic shipping - 

  • We offer Free Shipping all across India.

International shipping - 

  • Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination
  • We offer free shipping on orders above $500.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges unless explicitly stated otherwise and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once an order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking information. Tracking updates are provided by third-party logistics partners.
