Refund policy

As most products are made to order, we do not offer Refunds. All sales are final. 

Replacements or repairs are offered in cases where the product is received damaged or an incorrect item is delivered. Any approved exchange will be limited to the same product only.

A request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with images of the damage on info@begumsitaara.com.
