About us
I work with sterling silver and gemstones. The pieces are centred around both; silver gives me the freedom to explore, while gemstones bring colour, character, and desirability.
I make jewellery slowly, with care, and without urgency. This is not a brand built to scale endlessly or multiply without thought. I am more interested in longevity than speed, in intimacy rather than expansion.
With Begum Sitara, I create jewellery that feels intentional without having a rigid or homogeneous identity. Pieces that allow people to add meaning, colour, softness, or strength to their presence without needing to say a word. Not simply accessories, but a language of self in one of its most personal forms.
I choose quality over volume.
I choose craft over commerce.
That choice shapes everything I make.
I work in Delhi with an independent workshop made up of four individuals, each carrying their own expertise and years of skill. They are the true stars behind everything created here, and we continue learning together every day. I am building this space alongside my partner, and together we hope to create something honest, lasting, and beautiful.
